Employee Table references an Asset Register to manage items issued to users.

Employee Asset Tracking

Manage employee assets with this package using Automations to create unique, sequential ID numbers.Β 

To start: Create your employee records - this will be referenced from the Asset. Import your current assets and select the lastCreated status on the last created ID number.Β  This will be used when creating a new item, adding +1 to create the next ID number. Accounting codes are referenced however are optional and can be removed without affecting workflows.

Employees Table - Add all employess to this table Asset Register Table - Add all new assets, track Active/Disposed, even cost Accounting Codes Table - Used to track different accounting codes when using for year end reports

Workflows:

Updates New Employees to Current status Updates Asset ID based on the last created item ID Update the previous if you Delete the last created item Retire Asset at the touch of a button
