Project Management
Manage projects using set components based on your model to track your teams progress on Deliverables with this all in one package.
Enter the project details given to create the new record. This puts the Project into NEW status. During PLANNING, ensure components and project details are added. When the Projects is ready to start, change status to WORKING. This creates a new deliverable for each component. (Components can be added after this status change as well.) Track time spent on each deliverable and your progress. Once all related Deliverables are complete, the Project marks as Complete.
Further this package by automating Invoicing.
