By leveraging the power of database relationships, this Sales CRM would allow for easy tracking and reporting of sales activity. 

Package includes:

Organizations- This table stores information about each company that is relevant to sales, such as the company name, address, upcoming dates, sale information and any other relevant details. An automatic workflow runs a Duplicate check to ensure your database is kept clean.

Contacts- This table stores information about individual contacts within each company, such as their name, title, email address, phone number, and any other relevant details. This would allow for easy tracking of multiple contacts within a single company. An automatic workflow sets a status so you can filter for an up-to-date list. 

Sales- This table stores information about each sales opportunity, such as the deal name, expected close date, value, and any other relevant details. Each sale in this table would be associated with a specific company from the Companies table using a relationship, and could also be associated with one or more contacts from the Contacts table.  

Reports- This table generates and stores sales reporting data.  

Steps to use and automations:

1. Create a new Company record - Duplicate check runs and created date updates
2. Create a Contact record from the tab - this sets the Current status for this contact
3. Create a Sale Order - this App is best after modifying to your needs

Automations for Reports

1. Automation set to create Report records on the first day of every month, currently Pipeline Report and Closed Last Month
2. Trigger Flow by button will check the report type and generate the specific report
