Tasks & Procedures
The Task table allows you to assign tasks to any member in the space. The Procedures table sets pre-determined tasks to maintain staff workflows. (update or delete the included Procedures to suit your business)
A daily workflow checks the Procedures table for upcoming dates and creates Tasks while also updating to the next scheduled date.
Tasks start in the To-Do stage and move to Overdue if not completed on or before the Due Date. Updating the Due Date to a future date removes the overdue status.
This Task table comes with a field for Reminder Prompt which will create a comment on or before the Due Date. (On Due Date, 1 day before, 3 days before, 1 week before)
