Automation Options
Simulate Automation
This option allows you to test an automation without running it on live records. This way, you can check if the flow is working as expected without affecting any data. You will see all the results of the automation, except for the actual actions that would be performed. The button to simulate an automation is available in the automation details page, next to the save button.
Clone Automation
This option allows you to create a copy of an automation. When you clone an automation, it is saved immediately with a prefix of "Copy of". The button to clone an automation is available in the automations page, next to the edit button.
Deactivate Automation
This option allows you to pause or put a hold on an automation. This is useful if you need to temporarily stop an automation without deleting it. The toggle switch to deactivate an automation is available in the automations page, next to the edit button.
Logs
Every automation activity is logged. You can view the logs for each automation separately. Any errors that occur while running an automation will be logged in red for your inspection and debugging.
Get notified when a flow fails by clicking the Flow Errors option on the Developer tab of the Space Settings.
