Build a PDF
Build a PDF document and attach it to a field, the table must have an attachment field.
First, select a record from the list and the field where the PDF will be attached.
"This" triggering record is initially available to select.
Other records first need to be found as "Current" using Logic.
Specify the filename and extension.
In this example, we create a unique filename in a custom variable.
You can then enter the content of the PDF. Use the HTML toolbar to format the body.
To preview the PDF before saving, you can click on the eye icon below the body editor.
This will open a preview window where you can see how the PDF will look.
The result includes a detail table created using Logic:
