Filter Conditions

Once an Automation is triggered, InfoLobby will check for any filter conditions that need to be met before the automation can execute. You can have one or multiple conditions in an automation.

Filter Conditions:

  • Field Changed: This condition checks if the value of a field has been changed. For example, you could create an automation that is triggered when the value of the "Order" field changes from "New" to "Dispatched".
  • Field Value Match: This condition checks if the value of a field matches a certain condition, such as being equal to a certain value or being greater than a certain value. For example, you could create an automation that is triggered when the value of the "Invoice Total" field is greater than 1000.
  • Custom Filter: This condition allows you to create your own condition using code.

You can have one or multiple conditions in an automation. If you have multiple conditions, you can choose to connect them with an AND or an OR.

  • AND: All conditions must be met for the automation to be triggered. For example, if you have two conditions, "The value of the 'Stage' field is 'New'" and "The value of the 'Lead Score' field is greater than 50", the automation will only be triggered if both of these conditions are met.
  • OR: Only one of the conditions needs to be met for the automation to be triggered. For example, if you have two conditions, "The value of the 'Stage' field is 'New'" and "The value of the 'Lead Score' field is greater than 50", the automation will be triggered if either of these conditions are met.
