For Each View
The For Each View block allows you to loop through all the items in a public view.
Public Views are created by Space Admins and can be accessed by all users with access to the table.
To use the For Each View block, you need to:
- Select a table.
- Select the public view available in the table.
For example, we are creating a report using the public view "Closed Last Month" from the Sales table and creating a detail table for a PDF.
The For Each View block is especially helpful when you want to loop through a number of records that have been filtered and sorted. This is useful for creating lists and reports.
Every For Each View block must be closed using a Continue (For/Search) block.
Anything between these two blocks is considered part of the loop.
