Trigger a Manual Automation
Create a Manual Automation that can be triggered by the Button field or from a step in another Automation.
Create this automation, add your filters and actions and Save. Then set the Trigger:
- By a Button field
Trigger this flow from a Button on the Record. - From a step in another Automation
Trigger this flow from a Trigger Automation step.
