Trigger on Record Activity

Trigger an Automation by record activity such as Created, Updated, Deleted or when a Comment is added. 

  • When a Record is Created
    This trigger activates an automation when a new record is created in the table.
    • Use the Field Value Match filter to create specific scenarios.

  • When a Record is Updated
    This trigger activates an automation when an existing record in the table is updated.
    • Use the Field Changed filter in addition to the Field Value Match to specify what changes were made. 

  • When a Record is Deleted
    This trigger activates an automation when a record is deleted from a table.
    • Use filters on any of the Record fields.  

  • When a Comment is Added
    This trigger activates an automation when a record is deleted from a table.
    • Use the Custom Filter to specify your comment details:
      @Current Comment Content
      @Current Comment User ID
      @Current Comment User Email
