Trigger Types

InfoLobby Automations can be triggered:

  • When a Record is Created: This trigger activates when a new record is created in a table. 
  • When a Record is Updated: This trigger activates when a record in a table is updated. 
  • When a Record is Deleted: This trigger activates when a record in a table is deleted.
  • When a Comment is Added: This trigger activates when a comment is added to a record in a table.
  • When an Email is Sent/Received: This trigger will be activated when an email is sent or received in InfoLobby.
  • Manually by Flow or Button: This trigger will be activated through another automation or through a button click.
  • By a Record's Date Field: This trigger will be activated when the value of a date field in a record changes.
  • Every day: This trigger will be activated once a day, at a specified time.
  • When a Webhook is received: This trigger will be activated when a webhook is received by InfoLobby.
