Trigger an Automation when an Email is Sent or Received

  • This trigger activates an automation when a email is sent or received on a Record.
    • Use the Custom Filter to filter the email details using the following tokens:
      @Email From
      @Email Subject
      @Email To
      @Email Direction
      @Email Body
      @Email Attachments

For example, to trigger when a new email received, you can set the filter to @Email Direction == "Received"
