Spaces and Tables

In essence, Spaces in InfoLobby provide a structured and collaborative environment where data integration, user management, and role-based permissions come together to streamline your organization's workflow.

Tables are where users store their data.  These tables serve as versatile repositories for various types of information. 
For example, things like contacts, products and orders.

  1. Start by creating a Space and Table within your Organization. 

  2. Then add a variety of Fields required for your data. 

  3. Enhance the experience by using Calculation and Script fields.

  4. creating Tab Groups to neatly organize your fields within records and display any related items. 

  5. Implement custom Table Views, allowing you to focus solely on the records that are most relevant to your tasks.

  6. More advanced Table Settings and Public Sharing for developers is also available.
