Accessibility Statement

We want InfoLobby to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification. This page says where we are, what we are still working on, and how to reach us if something blocks you.

What we aim for

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for our public website. That is the standard most commonly referenced in accessibility legislation, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and the European Accessibility Act.

We treat that as a direction of travel rather than a finished state. Software changes every week, and so does the list of things we need to fix.

What we have done

Recent work on the public site includes:

We check the public site with automated tooling (axe) and by keyboard, and we re-check when we ship changes to shared layout or styling.

Where we know we fall short

We would rather tell you this than have you discover it:

We are a small team and we prioritise by impact. If something here is stopping you from doing your work, telling us moves it up the list.

Tell us about a problem

Email support at infolobby dot com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, or use our contact form.

It helps if you can tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using. You do not need to know the technical standard or name the problem correctly. Describing what happened is enough.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to tell you what we plan to do and roughly when.

If we do not resolve it

If you are not satisfied with our response, say so in your reply and it will be escalated to the founder directly. We would much rather hear about a problem and fix it than have you work around it or go elsewhere.
