Common questions
How does the rev-share work?
You earn an ongoing share of what InfoLobby collects from the customers who sign up under your brand — for the life of each customer relationship, not just the first month. Payouts are made to you directly. Exact terms are confirmed when your application is approved.
Who bills the customers?
InfoLobby does, on standard plans, under your brand — so there's no payment system for you to build or maintain. You simply earn your share of the revenue.
Do I need to write code or run servers?
No. You build your app visually in InfoLobby — tables, forms, and automations — and we handle all the infrastructure: databases, storage, TLS, backups, and scaling.
How does branding and my custom domain work?
You set your name, logo, colors, and support address, and point a CNAME at us; we provision TLS automatically. Your customers see your brand throughout, with a small “Powered by InfoLobby” attribution.
Who supports my customers?
You do — your branded surfaces show your support contact, so customers come to you first. You escalate to InfoLobby when you need us.
What if I leave the program later?
Your customers keep their data and simply continue on InfoLobby directly — nothing is deleted. The rev-share ends, but no one is stranded.
