What support is included?
Human support on every plan. Submit a ticket from the user menu and someone from the team replies within one business day. How support works.
What happens when I hit the record limit?
You can upgrade your plan, or connect your own MySQL server for unlimited records. Your managed database records stay intact either way.
Do records on my own MySQL server count toward the limit?
No. Record limits only apply to the managed database we provide. Connect your own MySQL and you have no limits.
What does "monthly automation runtime" actually measure?
The time your automations spend working. Time spent waiting on other services (AI models, web requests, sending email) counts at a tenth, because that is somebody else's server being slow rather than your automation doing work. A three-minute AI call costs about eighteen seconds. Most automations finish in well under a second of working time, so the allowance only bites if you are doing something genuinely heavy. If it runs out, automations pause until your next billing period and the rest of your account keeps working.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to start.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, from your account settings. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, and unused time on the old plan is refunded pro rata.
What if I cancel?
You close your account from your account settings and the rest of your subscription is refunded pro rata. Export first: a workspace export includes your records, files, comments and automations, plus an optional raw SQL dump. The account and its data are then deleted.
