The conversation about a record — a question, a decision, a "can you look at this?" — almost always happens somewhere else: email, chat, a hallway. And then it's lost. This release brings that conversation back to where the work lives.
What's new
- Record comments — discuss a record right on the record, so the context and the conversation stay together.
- @mentions — mention a teammate and they'll be notified, pulling the right person in without leaving InfoLobby.
- Attachments in comments — drop a file straight into a comment when a screenshot or document says it better than words.
Why it matters
When the discussion lives on the record, anyone who opens it later sees the full story — why the price changed, who approved the exception, what the customer actually asked for. New team members get instant context, and you stop losing decisions in a chat history nobody can search. It's also the foundation for the notifications and subscriptions that keep everyone in the loop.
