So much work still arrives as email — leads, requests, orders, support tickets — and then sits in an inbox where it can't be tracked, assigned, or reported on. This release lets email flow straight into InfoLobby as structured data.
What's new
- Email to app — a table gets its own email address; anything sent to it becomes a record automatically.
- Forwarded-message parsing — forward an email and InfoLobby detects the original sender, so the record is attributed to the real customer, not to you.
- Attachments captured — files on the email are pulled in and attached to the record.
- Email-triggered flows — inbound mail can kick off an automation: acknowledge it, classify it, assign it, notify someone.
Why it matters
The moment a request becomes a record, it becomes manageable — you can assign an owner, set a status, report on volume, and automate the response. Email stops being a black hole and becomes the front door to a tracked process. Pair it with the AI flow steps and inbound messages can practically triage themselves.
