Until now, using InfoLobby meant bringing your own database and storage. That gave power users total control, but it put a wall in front of everyone who just wanted to get started. Today that wall comes down.
What's new
- Managed database — sign up and get a managed MySQL database, provisioned instantly. Nothing to install, host, or maintain.
- Managed file storage — S3-backed storage set up for you automatically, ready for attachments and documents from the first record.
- Bring your own, still — prefer to run your own MySQL, S3, or FTP? Connect it exactly as before. Managed is the new default, not the only option.
- Redesigned flow builder — the visual automation editor has been rebuilt to be cleaner and more capable, making complex flows easier to read and edit.
Why this is a big deal
This is the change that makes InfoLobby something you can start using in the next five minutes. No procurement, no server, no DBA — just sign up and start building your workspace. And because you can still bring your own infrastructure whenever you want, you're never trading away ownership for convenience.
It's the biggest shift in the platform since launch. See the whole picture on the features page, or jump in from the signup page.
