Lightweight Email Campaigns / Mass Mailer
Manage contacts, write email campaigns, send to active subscribers, track delivery history, prevent duplicates, and handle unsubscribes in one InfoLobby workspace.
Use this template to run simple email campaigns from an InfoLobby workspace without adding a separate email marketing tool. It gives you a clean place to manage contacts, write campaign emails, send messages to active subscribers, and handle unsubscribes.
The template is intentionally lightweight: it is best for small announcements, customer updates, internal newsletters, beta invites, event reminders, or other straightforward email outreach where you want the campaign history and contact list beside the rest of your business data.
| Table | What it stores |
|---|---|
| Campaigns | Email title, subject line, HTML message content, send button, and last sent date |
| Contacts | Name, email address, subscription status, source, unsubscribe hash, last campaign, and last send date |
What It Does
- Sends a campaign to contacts marked Active
- Skips contacts that already received the same campaign
- Tracks the last campaign and send date on each contact
- Detects duplicate email addresses when new contacts are added
- Generates secure unsubscribe links for each contact
- Lets recipients confirm unsubscribe from a public page
- Marks unsubscribed contacts so future campaigns do not email them
How To Use It
- Add your contacts in the Contacts table.
- Check that each contact has the right status: Active, Unsubscribed, or Duplicate.
- Create a new record in Campaigns.
- Enter a title, subject line, and email content.
- Review the message carefully.
- Click Send on the campaign record.
InfoLobby then sends the campaign, updates send tracking fields, and includes an unsubscribe link automatically.
Good Fit For
- Small customer mailing lists
- Product or service announcements
- Community updates
- Event follow-ups
- Controlled internal outreach
This template is not meant to replace a full marketing automation suite. It is for teams that want a practical, inspectable email workflow connected directly to their operational data.
