How To Use It
Start with Departments so every goal, KPI, SLA, and review has a clear home. Add each department's leader, sponsor, function, location, budget, and operating notes.
Next, create Action Plans for the current quarter or year. Use them to define the objective, success measures, priority, due date, progress, risks, and latest update. This gives managers a simple view of what each team is trying to accomplish and where work is slipping.
Then add KPIs that measure whether those plans are working. Track baseline values, targets, current results, reporting cadence, and data sources so performance conversations stay grounded in numbers, not anecdotes.
Use Balanced Scorecards during leadership reviews to summarize performance across financial outcomes, customer impact, internal process health, and people development. Add SLAs where departments make measurable service commitments, such as support response time, incident resolution, or internal request handling.
Finally, run recurring Management Meetings from the same workspace. Capture agendas, decisions, action items, scorecard notes, and follow-up dates.
Best Fit
This template is built for leadership teams, department heads, operations managers, and growing companies that need a practical way to monitor performance without stitching together spreadsheets, status docs, and meeting notes.
