No. Tables, fields, views, forms and automations are all built with clicks. Code is there for the day you want it (PHPScript inside automations, and a REST API), not a requirement for getting started.

No. Import an Excel or CSV file into a table, install a ready-made template from the App Market, or send us your spreadsheet and we will build the first version for you.

Yes. Spreadsheets and anything that exports to Excel or CSV import straight into a table. Podio has its own migrator that moves whole workspaces across, including the relationships between apps and their GlobiFlow automations. See moving from Podio.

Yes. 14 days with every feature switched on and Starter plan limits. No credit card required.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so adding your whole team, contractors and people who only need to look does not change the bill.

Any time, from your account settings. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, and unused time on the old plan is refunded pro rata.

Your account becomes read-only: you can still see everything, but cannot change it. Choose a plan at any point to unlock it. If an expired trial stays locked for 30 days, the account and its data are deleted. We email you 3 days before that happens.

Going over your record or storage limit pauses new changes until you are back under or upgrade. Reading your data keeps working. If your monthly automation time runs out, automations pause until the next month and everything else keeps working.

Yes, any time. Export a workspace with its records, attachments, comments and automations, optionally including a raw SQL dump. Any table also exports to Excel, and the REST API reaches everything. See export and import.

In Canada. Each account gets its own database rather than sharing one big table with other customers, and the database is not reachable from the public internet. The security statement has the details.

Yes, if you want to. Any workspace can point at your own MySQL server, S3 storage or FTP. Records and files kept there do not count toward your plan limits. Most people never bother, because the managed ones are already running.

You close your account from your account settings. The rest of your subscription is refunded pro rata, and the account and its data are deleted, so export anything you want to keep first.

Yes. Each workspace has Admin, Read and Write, and Read Only roles, and you choose which tables live in which workspace. People see exactly the workspaces they have been added to.

Yes, without becoming users. Web forms collect submissions into a table, signature fields capture signed agreements, public embeds show a read-only view on your own site, and client portals give customers a login that shows only their own records.

Run when a record changes, on a schedule, when a form is submitted or when a webhook arrives. They can update and create records across tables, send email, generate documents, call external APIs and use AI.

You keep going. PHPScript handles logic the builder cannot express, automations can call any REST API, and the public REST API reaches your data from outside.

Yes. There is an assistant inside the app that can build tables, fields and automations, with nothing to set up. You can also connect Claude or ChatGPT, or give a local agent the agent skill. Every assistant works with the same roles and history as a person.
